The NTTA reports that the Target Date for completion
of the Toll Road main lanes at SH121 and Alma Rd.
will be January 1, 2010.
Will there be an overpass at Alma Rd.?
Yes. The main lanes will go over Alma Rd. similar to
the existing overpass at Custer and SH121.
Where will the exits for Alma Rd. be located?
When traveling West the exit will be just after going
over the Stacy overpass. When traveling East the
overpass will be just after going over the Custer
overpass.
In which city is Alma Plaza located?

What is the zoning of Alma Plaza?
The zoning is in City of McKinney as Commercial or
“C”. “C” zoning allows a wide range of commercial
uses including retail, offices, hotels, restaurants,
etc. The maximum building height is 6 stories. See

Is Alma Plaza in Craig Ranch?
No, it is not located in Craig Ranch, but it is
surrounded by Craig Ranch. Alma Plaza is located on
Alma Rd. -- the most direct, six (6) lane
thoroughfare from SH121 to the Craig Ranch Golf Club
House.
